The Koshi-no Shinobu Blended Whisky – Mizunara Wood Finish is a refined Japanese blended whisky crafted by Niigata Kotsu Shuzo, a distillery nestled in the pristine Niigata Prefecture, an area renowned for its exceptionally pure spring water and cool, humid climate – ideal conditions for maturing spirits of outstanding quality. This expression is part of the celebrated Shinobu range, whose name translates to “endurance” and “dedication”, reflecting the patient, meticulous approach that defines Japanese whisky making.

Unlike pure malt whiskies, this is a carefully balanced blend of selected malt and grain whiskies, chosen for their complementary characteristics.
