1. General conditions
Due to the nature of our products (wine, food, spirits), returns are accepted only in specific cases as described below.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country.
2. Damaged or defective products
We carefully check all items before shipment. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and the original packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
3. Wrong item received
If you receive a different product than the one you ordered:
- Let us know within 7 days.
- We will arrange a free return and send the correct item or issue a refund.
4. Change of mind / no longer wanted
Because these are food & beverage items, we do not accept returns for change of mind (e.g., you didn’t like the taste, ordered by mistake, or found it cheaper elsewhere).
Exceptions may apply only for unopened, non-perishable, sealed items (e.g., canned goods, chocolates, sealed spirits) – in that case:
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned unopened, in original packaging, resalable condition.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Spirits and wine – important note
Alcohol returns are restricted by law in many regions. We cannot accept returns on any alcoholic beverage once sold, except for damage, defect, or incorrect item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable):
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are refunded only if the error was ours (damaged/wrong item).

8. Exceptions
No returns accepted for:
- Products that require temperature control (e.g., fresh cheese, fresh pasta)
- Items with broken safety seals (spirits, jars)

- Sale/clearance items (final sale)
