DRINKABILITY The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 36 months

COLOURS Deep ruby red, with purplish nuances BOUQUET Light and elegant with characteristic cherry

and plum notes

PALATE Warm and enveloping, with delicate tannins and good persistence

PAIRING Excellent with grilled and roast meats and game. Also ideal with legume soups and typical Apulian dishes such as orecchiette with cime di rapa (turnip tops), cavatelli with lentils or aubergines alla parmigiana.
