General conditions<\/strong><br>Due to the nature of our products (wine, food, spirits), returns are accepted&nbsp;<strong>only in specific cases<\/strong>&nbsp;as described below.<br>By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Damaged or defective products<\/strong><br>We carefully check all items before shipment. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us within\u00a0<strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will offer a\u00a0<strong>replacement<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>full refund<\/strong>\u00a0(including shipping costs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Wrong item received<\/strong><br>If you receive a different product than the one you ordered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Let us know within\u00a0<strong>7 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will arrange a free return and send the correct item or issue a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Change of mind \/ no longer wanted<\/strong><br>Because these are food &amp; beverage items,&nbsp;<strong>we do not accept returns for change of mind<\/strong>&nbsp;(e.g., you didn\u2019t like the taste, ordered by mistake, or found it cheaper elsewhere).<br>Exceptions may apply only for&nbsp;<strong>unopened, non-perishable, sealed items<\/strong>&nbsp;(e.g., canned goods, chocolates, sealed spirits) \u2013 in that case:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Request a return within\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be returned\u00a0<strong>unopened, in original packaging, resalable condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer pays return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original shipping cost is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Spirits and wine \u2013 important note<\/strong><br>Alcohol returns are restricted by law in many regions. We cannot accept returns on any alcoholic beverage once sold, except for damage, defect, or incorrect item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
